NeuroDrive™ was created to close the gap between completing driver training, meeting examination requirements
and being genuinely ready for independent and safe participation in road traffic.
WHY NEURODRIVE
Traditional driver training is primarily organised around prescribed programmes, required training hours and preparation
for the state examination. Competency development takes place within that process, but its progression and outcome
can vary with the instructor, the organisation of training and the conditions in which it is delivered.
THE GAP
Within NeuroDrive, training is the environment in which competencies are developed. It is not the outcome in itself.
A DIFFERENT POINT OF REFERENCE
NeuroDrive defines driver readiness as the level at which competencies can be stably integrated and applied during independent functioning in road traffic. Readiness is not equated with completing a required number of training hours or simply performing examination tasks.
DRIVER READINESS
MEASURE. DECIDE. DEVELOP.
Measurement determines the driver’s current competency level, identifies what still requires development
and guides the next system decision.

NeuroDrive standardises the outcome, not the identical path every driver takes to achieve it.
The process can be adapted to the driver’s actual competency level and identified deficits while preserving
one common readiness standard.
ONE STANDARD. DIFFERENT PATHWAYS.
To readiness.
To competency.
From training.
It was created because a coherent system
for managing driver competency development was missing.
